TradeFast.io is operated by Trade Fast Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and company details are available upon request by emailing contact@tradefast.io. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services.
By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
TradeFast.io offers digital products and services including MT4 trading scripts, educational video content, 1-on-1 coaching sessions and private community membership. All products are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not applicable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once digital content has been accessed, except where required by UK consumer law.
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. We also display indicative prices in EUR and USD for convenience — actual charges are processed in GBP by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will be notified of any price changes with 30 days notice.
The Private Traders Group is offered on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@tradefast.io. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused subscription time.
All purchases of the Complete Strategy are final and non-refundable. Upon completing your purchase, you are granted immediate lifetime access to all digital content including MT4 scripts, strategy documentation and live trading footage. Given the nature of this instant and complete digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances once access has been granted. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The Private Traders Group monthly subscription is non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, however you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
All content on TradeFast.io including scripts, videos, guides and written material is the intellectual property of Trade Fast Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your own trading purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, copy or share any content without our express written permission.
All content provided by TradeFast.io is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading financial instruments carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should seek independent financial advice before making any trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Trade Fast Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services, including any trading losses incurred as a result of using our scripts or following our educational content.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
